**About the Job:** We are in search of a proficient Project Manager with specialized expertise in **villa fit-out projects** within the UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee all facets of villa fit-out projects, ensuring impeccable design execution, adherence to timelines, and optimal stakeholder management. This pivotal role demands robust leadership capabilities, a keen understanding of villa fitout processes, and adeptness in navigating the unique challenges of the UAE market. **Key Responsibilities:** * Fit-out Management: Oversee the comprehensive fit-out of villas, ensuring alignment with design specifications and client requirements. * Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage project finances, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.Timeline * Management: Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed within stipulated timeframes. * Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain open communication lines with clients, suppliers, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. * Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality in all fitout activities. * Team Leadership: Direct and guide the project team, fostering collaboration and ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities. * Risk Mitigation: Identify potential challenges and proactively devise strategies to mitigate risks. * Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all fitout activities adhere to the UAE's building codes, regulations, and industry standards. * Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to procure materials and services as per project requirements. * Client Satisfaction: Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring their vision and expectations are met or exceeded. **Qualifications & Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architecture, or a related field. * Minimum of 8 years' experience in villa fitout projects within the UAE. * Demonstrated expertise in managing luxury villa fitout projects from inception to completion. * Comprehensive understanding of UAE construction and fitout regulations. * Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in project management tools/software specific to fitout projects. * Strong problem-solving acumen and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. * Familiarity with sourcing high-quality materials and finishes relevant to luxury villa fitouts. * PMP or equivalent certification will be advantageous. **What We Offer:** * Competitive remuneration package * Opportunity to helm prestigious villa fitout projects * Ongoing professional development opportunities * Comprehensive health and wellness benefits
