Job Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Joinery to manage and deliver joinery and interior fit-out projects from planning through completion. The candidate will be responsible for project coordination, production, site execution, client communication, cost control, quality, and timely handover. Key Responsibilities \* Plan, manage, and execute joinery projects from design/shop drawings to production, installation, and handover. \* Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, contractors, suppliers, and site teams. \* Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and material requirements. \* Coordinate with the design, estimation, production, procurement, and installation teams. \* Monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower, materials, and resources. \* Ensure production and site installation are completed according to approved drawings and specifications. \* Conduct regular site visits and resolve technical and execution-related issues. \* Monitor project costs, variations, material wastage, and overall profitability. \* Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production and installation. \* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, foremen, and installation teams. \* Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management and clients. \* Coordinate inspections, snagging, rectification, and final handover. \* Ensure compliance with project safety requirements and company procedures. Requirements \* Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. \* 5–10 years of experience in joinery/interior fit-out project management. \* Strong experience in custom joinery, furniture, cabinetry, doors, wall paneling, wardrobes, kitchens, and interior finishes. \* UAE/GCC project experience is preferred. \* Good knowledge of joinery materials, production processes, installation methods, and finishing. \* Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, architectural drawings, BOQs, and specifications. \* Strong knowledge of project planning, costing, procurement, and site coordination.
