KC offers a comprehensive range of services, combining sophisticated projects and multi-disciplinary capabilities. **This is a full-time 6 days a week on-site role located in Dubai, UAE.** **Responsibilities** * Provide support to the project team for all planning functions ensuring that issues within the programme are highlighted and understood. * Review the program submitted by contractor, comment, address the concerns and do the recommendation to the Project Director/client. * Reporting areas of ‘non-compliance’ for resolution between Clients and their Partners’, consultants’ and contractors’ programmes. * Give appropriate planning advice and direction to project team members & all relevant Stakeholders and produce programme assurance reports to the Client. * Deliver Period Programme Updates and input to project reports. * Monitors progress at site on daily/weekly/monthly basis and prepares monthly reports to client * Determines the eligibility of contractor for any claim/time extension. * Other tasks as instructed by the Project Director / Planning and Risk Manager. **Qualifications** * 15+ total years of experience * 5+ years' experience on 5-star Hotel projects and other Hospitality Projects * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field * Knowledge and Proficiency with multiple discipline specific software applications (Primavera, etc) is a must * Experience with Architectural & Engineering Consultancies is preferred * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills * Effective communication and collaboration abilities
