**Role Description** We are looking for a full-time, on-site role for a **Junior Project Associate based in Dubai, UAE.** The Junior Project Associate will be responsible for supporting project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and quality delivery. Tasks include conducting research, preparing reports and presentations, keeping meeting minutes, and assisting in project documentation. Additionally, the role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives. **Qualifications** * Strong **Analytical Skills** to assess complex data and provide actionable insights * Experience in **Research** and the ability to gather, interpret, and **present information effectively** * Ability to **support multiple assignments simultaneously** * Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders at various levels * **Bachelor's degree** in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, **AI Tools**, and other project management tools * Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, collaborative environment * Years of Experience: **1 to 3 Years**
