**Job Description** **Scope** The Project Cargo and Heavy Lift Executive or Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of project cargo and heavy lift movements, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery in line with customer and company requirements. . **Responsibilities** * Provides the organization of the work to be carried out on Project cargo loading. * Coordinate daily operations for project cargo and heavy lift shipments (land, sea, or air). * Prepare and review transportation plans, route surveys, lifting studies, and method statements. * Work closely with vendors and subcontractors for equipment availability, pricing, and scheduling. * Monitor cargo movements, resolve on-ground challenges, and keep clients updated. * Ensure full compliance with safety, legal, and operational standards. * Maintain documentation including shipping documents, reports, and permits. * Assist in budgeting, costing, and final job closure. * Support project managers with reports and updates. * Adhere to Safety, Health and Quality standards of the company. * Awareness of Business Continuity Plan in place. Job Requirements **Qualifications** * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field * 1–3 years’ experience in project logistics or related heavy transport operations * Familiar with MS Office and logistics software * Knowledge of HSE standards in logistics * Good spoken and written English
