Senior Manager, Business Operations

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with a deep understanding of agency account management, using platforms such as Workamajig, CRM, PowerBI and SAP to translate complex business and financial data into actionable insights for teams and senior leadership. **Responsibilities:** * Expertise (not just proficient) with the agency’s software platforms: * Global CRM business pipeline and contracted revenue tracking * Workamajig for time tracking, project management and expense/time reconciliation * PowerBI reporting and dashboarding * SAP accounting reports and project information * Be comfortable with the data structure and platform organization in Workamajig to facilitate changes to capturing and decision making with the system data and API feeds to both Global CRM and SAP. * Ability to write custom and ad hoc reports in Workamajig for internal customers in finance, account services, IT and legal. * Ability to pull data into PowerBI and create custom and ad hoc dashboards for account services. * Recommend actions, improvements, strategy planning and solutions based on analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data. * Identify errors and issues in systems, processes and data and facilitate problem solving and solutions. * Develop training materials and be comfortable and confident in presenting to individuals and large groups. * Ensure account services teams are providing complete, timely and accurate data for projects. * Support Segment 1 Account Leads in weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings with internal staff, project reviews, client meetings and contract negotiations. * Present quarterly results, challenges and progress to the highest level of agency leadership. * Identify, evaluate and assist teams with implementing best practices. * Work across all functional areas (COEs) and departments including partnerships, experiential marketing, entertainment marketing, PR and communications, digital marketing, production, creative, finance, legal, IT, etc. * Work closely with account services management to understand the business, clients, projects, scoping and contract requirements. * Ability to drive and implement new and strategic initiatives across the agency is required – client team handbooks, organized shared working spaces, new processes, leadership initiatives (e.g. client mapping, roles & responsibilities, utilization and burn studies, etc.) * Problem solving, ability to recommend creative / thinking outside of the box solutions, and strong change management skills at all levels of agency is required. * Responsible for managing personnel including goal setting, weekly check in meetings, quarterly development progress check ins and annual performance evaluation and feedback. **Requirements:** * College degree required preferably in Business, Marketing, Accounting or Finance. * Eight to ten years of a mix of both analytical and account services experience. * Ability to handle multiple tasks in a work environment where rapidly changing priorities tend to be the rule rather than exception. * Both agency and operations experience a plus. * Must be a self-starter and comfortable with leadership and manager working from a different city. * Ability to have a flexible work schedule to support teams across the globe, including early morning and late-night calls and meetings. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable presenting complex information and data to senior leaders. * Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint required, advanced Excel functions preferred and ability to use data visualization tools (PowerBI or Tableau) to create dashboards. * Solid organization and time management skills as well as influence and change management. * Attention to details and data accuracy. * Ability to work with all levels, present information to senior management and thrive in a fast-paced environment. *
