We are looking for a Technical Lead (.NET, C#) for a remote project in Portugal. What are we looking for? - Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or similar; - 6 years of software development experience; - 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role; - Experience in web or mobile application development, project delivery practices, solution design, architecture patterns, and application performance; - Software development experience in .NET, C#, SQL, REST, SOAP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; - Ability to execute technical projects at global scale, across multiple teams and timezones; - Strategic mindset and ability to innovate using technology to advance business goals; - Customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills; - OutSystems project experience and certifications; - Working within and leading efforts in Software Development Lifecycles and methodologies including agile, scrum, iterative, and waterfall; - Fluency in English.
