**IT Business Relations Manager – Oracle HCM & Enterprise HR Technology** We’re looking for an experienced IT Business Relations Manager – H2R with strong Oracle HCM Cloud and IT business relationship management experience. The ideal candidate will serve as the strategic interface between HR, IT, and business stakeholders, managing demand, support operations, backlog prioritization, vendors, releases, and continuous improvement across the HCM environment. **What you’ll do** * Act as the primary liaison between HR leadership, business stakeholders, and IT for Oracle HCM Cloud support and enhancements. * Manage demand intake, backlog prioritization, and roadmap alignment based on business value. * Translate business needs into technical requirements and partner with delivery and support teams. * Oversee incident, problem, service request, and SLA management for HCM services. * Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and workflow enhancements. * Create leadership reporting on backlog health, ticket trends, team performance, velocity, and service metrics. * Coordinate release and change management, including Oracle quarterly updates and business readiness. * Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure accountability and service quality. * Drive stakeholder communication, executive updates, issue escalation, and roadmap alignment. * Support AI/GenAI initiatives across HR and IT and promote effective use of approved AI tools. **What we’re looking for** * Strong experience in IT Business Relationship Management, IT Business Management, HR Technology, or HCM Product/Service Management. * Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud. * Strong understanding of HR/HCM business processes and technology. * Experience with demand management, backlog management, and prioritization. * Proven experience managing IT support operations, SLAs, incidents, and service requests. * Strong stakeholder, executive, and vendor management skills. * Experience with release management, change management, governance, and service delivery reporting. * Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills. **Nice to have** * Experience with Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Benefits, or Time & Labor. * Experience with AI/GenAI projects within HR or IT. * ITIL or related IT service management experience. * Experience with HCM automation, workflow optimization, or digital transformation. * Experience working in large-scale enterprise Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
