The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end technology solutions, translating business requirements into functional designs, and supporting large-scale enterprise application initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Design and document enterprise application solutions aligned with business requirements. * Develop business design documents, functional and non-functional requirements. * Create high-level application flows, process maps, and solution designs. * Develop functional design documents and business architecture artifacts. * Design user-centric solutions with a focus on usability, accessibility, and user experience. * Create wireframes, prototypes, screen mockups, and workflow diagrams. * Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback. * Identify risks and provide recommended solutions. * Support testing activities, QA processes, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Collaborate with business, functional, and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Mandatory Skills & Experience Solution Design * 7+ years of experience designing solutions using **Oracle Siebel CRM**. * 7+ years of experience designing solutions using **Adobe AEM**. * Experience creating: * Business Design Documents (BDD) * Functional Requirements * Non-Functional Requirements * Functional Design Documents * High-Level Application Flows * Process Flows Technology Implementation * 7+ years of Siebel Solution Implementation experience. * 7+ years of Adobe AEM Solution Implementation experience. * Experience developing: * Screen Mockups * Wireframes * User Journeys * CRUD Matrices * Application Visibility Models User Experience & Accessibility * Experience with: * User Experience (UX) Design * User Research & Usability Testing * User Personas & Journey Mapping * Accessibility Standards (WCAG/AODA) * Experience using design tools such as: * Figma * Adobe XD Business Analysis & Documentation * Experience developing: * Use Cases (Business/System) * Business Rules * Business Requirements Documentation * Experience identifying business and technical risks and proposing solutions. * Experience creating QA plans and test cases. Preferred Skills * Change Management Methodologies. * Rational Unified Process (RUP). * UAT Planning, Strategy, and Execution. * Business Architecture Documentation. * Enterprise Application Design and Modernization.
