**Summary** * Location: Montreal * Work Mode: Onsite/in office presence 3x/week **Responsibilities** * Support the management, quality, and evolution of enterprise architecture information. * Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. * Ensure accurate capture, modeling, and maintenance of business, application, data, technology, and AI-related information. * Improve the quality and adoption of architecture data for better decision-making, governance, impact analysis, and strategic planning. **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years' experience in data analysis, architecture data management, business analysis, or similar analytical role. * Strong understanding of data modeling, data mapping, metadata management, and information architecture principles. * Experience developing and maintaining metamodels, taxonomies, standards, data definitions, and reference models. * Experience analyzing and improving data quality, completeness, consistency, and governance controls. * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate complex data sets and recommend solutions. * Ability to document relationships between business processes, applications, data assets, and technology platforms. * Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy. * Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and gather requirements. * Proven ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights and recommendations. * Strong SQL/Python skills for data extraction, analysis, validation, and reporting. * Experience creating reports, dashboards, and management information to support decision-making. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Preferred Skills** * Experience with Enterprise Architecture, Application Portfolio Management, CMDB, Data Governance, or Metadata Management platforms (e.g., LeanIX, ServiceNow, Collibra, Ardoq, Bizzdesign, MEGA). * Experience supporting Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, Data Governance, or Technology Governance initiatives. * Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and data synchronization concepts. * Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. * Experience conducting dependency mapping, impact assessments, or technology landscape analysis. * Understanding of business capability modeling, application portfolio management, or technology lifecycle management. * Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF. * Experience supporting technology transformation, cloud migration, or modernization programs. **Skills That Will Help You In The Role** * Ability to create simple, compelling visual representations of data and insights. * A growth mindset and commitment to continuously learning new analytical tools and methodologies. * Ability to influence and partner with business stakeholders across divisions. * Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines effectively.
