**Role Summary:** We are seeking a **Senior Solutions Designer** with extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions using **Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)**. The successful candidate will translate business requirements into functional and technical designs, application flows, process models, and scalable solutions while working closely with business, functional, and technical teams. The role requires strong experience in solution design, requirements analysis, functional documentation, application flows, user experience, accessibility, testing, and enterprise application implementation. **Must-Have Requirements:** * **7+ years of experience designing solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM.** * **7+ years of experience designing solutions using Adobe AEM technologies.** * **7+ years of experience implementing Siebel solutions.** * **7+ years of experience implementing Adobe AEM solutions.** * Experience developing **business design documents** and defining **functional and non-functional requirements**. * Experience developing **high-level application flows** that support business requirements. * Experience developing detailed **functional design documents**. * Experience creating detailed process flows and high-level screen designs that map business processes to application views. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design enterprise application solutions based on business requirements, technology standards, security, accessibility, and solution architecture principles. * Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into practical application and functional designs. * Develop business requirements, functional specifications, non-functional requirements, design documents, use cases, and business rules. * Create application flows, process flows, screen flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-level screen designs. * Design and implement solutions using **Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM**. * Develop solution designs that consider **user experience, usability, and WCAG/AODA accessibility requirements**. * Analyze user feedback and usability findings to identify issues and design appropriate solutions. * Identify solution risks, dependencies, and constraints and recommend mitigation approaches. * Develop and maintain business and solution architecture artifacts. * Work closely with functional and technical teams to bridge business requirements and technical implementation. * Support QA activities through test strategies, test scenarios, test plans, UAT documentation, and test cases. * Research and apply relevant technology and industry best practices. * Support change management and solution implementation activities. * Ensure solutions meet quality, performance, usability, accessibility, and maintainability expectations. **Technical & Design Skills:** * Oracle Siebel CRM solution design and implementation * Adobe AEM solution design and implementation * Business requirements and functional/non-functional requirements * Functional design documentation * Business/system use cases and business rules * Application and process flows * Screen flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups * Business architecture artifacts * User personas and user journey maps * User research and usability testing * UX and accessibility, including **WCAG/AODA** * Figma, Adobe XD, or similar UI prototyping tools * QA planning, test strategies, UAT, and test cases * Application CRUD and view-visibility matrices * Change management methodologies * RUP and structured development methodologies * Industry best-practice research and application **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience with **Public Sector Transfer Payment / Grant models**. * Experience working with or maintaining **corporate QA standards**. * Experience within public-sector or large enterprise environments.
