No sponsorship available. Are you a hands-on **Business Reporting Analyst** with proven HubSpot experience? We're working with a growing SME that is introducing HubSpot into its business and looking for an experienced analyst to take ownership of developing its reporting and business intelligence capabilities. Working directly with the CEO and senior leadership team, you'll turn business data into meaningful insights, build practical dashboards and establish reporting processes to support commercial performance and decision-making. 🔍 **What will you be doing?** • Building HubSpot dashboards and reports covering lead generation, sales funnels, conversion and pipeline performance. • Developing wider business reporting across commercial performance, occupancy, finance, workforce and operations. • Bringing together data from multiple sources to create clear, reliable management information. • Identifying data quality issues, improving reporting processes and establishing consistent KPIs. • Automating reporting where possible to reduce manual effort. • Working with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into practical reporting solutions. • Documenting processes and ensuring a smooth handover so the business can maintain its reporting internally. 🧠 **What we're looking for:** ✔️ **Essential: Proven, hands-on HubSpot reporting experience**, including building dashboards and sales funnel reports. ✔️ Strong Excel skills and experience with **Power BI or an equivalent BI tool**. ✔️ Experience developing commercial, operational or management reporting, combining data from multiple sources. ✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail. ✔️ Confident stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently with senior leadership. ✔️ Someone proactive who can take ownership of a project from discovery through to delivery. 📩 **Interested, or know someone who could be a great fit?
