The function drives regional transformation and operating model enhancements, embedding best practices and promoting greater consistency across APAC. Through close partnership with Head Office and offshore entities, the team strengthens regional connectivity and alignment to effectively deliver strategic priorities across the organisation. **Responsibilities** * Lead complex, cross-functional transformation across APAC, supporting business growth, regulatory change and front-to-back implementation through a strong understanding of business, risk and control considerations. * Drive alignment across senior stakeholders, functions and entities, leveraging regional capabilities and synergies to deliver strategic platform and business solutions. * Enable sustainable growth and operating efficiency while strengthening the control environment and effective management of business risk. **Skills & Experience** * Global Markets business management or production experience with core support/control function, including front-to-back delivery of new products, platforms and operating models. * Proven cross-functional leadership, delivering complex initiatives across APAC. * Strong technical, analytical and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment. **Education/Technical Knowledge** * University degree or above. * 6 -10 years of relevant experience across strategic transformation, program delivery, business management, risk and other core support functions. **Company Overview** As a leading Asia-focused investment bank, we provide corporate and institutional clients with unparalleled access and expertise in Japan and Asia.
