Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating requirements into user stories. Experience in business process re-engineering and workflow automation. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC. Experience in application testing, debugging, documentation, and user training. Ability to lead solution design activities and mentor junior technical staff. Experience supporting web-based applications and system integrations. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience working with government or transportation-sector projects.
