We are seeking a **Technical Product Owner (TPO)** to lead backlog management, requirements gathering, and delivery prioritization for digital marketing and customer engagement initiatives. This individual will serve as the primary business-facing representative for the delivery team, translating business goals into actionable epics, features, and user stories. **Responsibilities** * Own and prioritize the product backlog. * Define epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Partner with Marketing, CRM, and business stakeholders to gather requirements. * Drive audience-first process design and customer journey optimization. * Collaborate with Architects, Technical Product Engineers, and Developers to ensure successful delivery. * Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews. **Required Experience** * Product Owner, Product Manager, Marketing Operations, or Digital Product experience. * Agile/Scrum delivery environments. * Backlog ownership and requirements management. * Customer journey, audience segmentation, and marketing operations experience. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. **Preferred Experience** * Salesforce / Salesforce Marketing Cloud * Customer Data Platforms (CDP) * CRM platforms * Marketing automation and customer engagement platforms * AWS-based digital ecosystems **Ideal Backgrounds:** Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Marketing Technology Product Manager, CRM Product Owner, Marketing Operations Manager, or Digital Product Manager. **Environment:** Salesforce | CDP | CRM | AWS | Agile Delivery | Marketing Technology | Customer Experience
