**Job Title:** Data Center Construction Manager (Owner’s Rep) **Location:** Palmetto, GA 30268 (Atlanta Area) **Schedule:** Onsite Monday-Friday, 40hrs + 10hrs OT per week **Duration:** 3 year contract with ongoing extensions **Overview:** We are seeking a Data Center Construction Manager to support mission critical data center construction projects. This CM will run this office, manage projects from cradle to grave: estimates, run project to completion, handle procurement, and provide support post implementation. They will handle all aspects of managing a data center construction project and this will include providing leadership to contractors and vendors associated with the delivery of company’s projects. They will have overall responsibility for the delivery of assigned projects on budget on time and assurance that the project scope and quality meet Company Design Standards and the objectives set for the project. The successful candidate will have to be exceptionally organized and be great with back-office work (change orders, budgets, process driven, etc.). The Construction Manager will be part of the construction team directly responsible for administrating construction projects in the surrounding area. They will take lead in assisting the Program Management team to help administer and coordinate the General Contractor and Vendor Partner day-to-day activities in the field including managing and coordinate the flow of information, control costs, process change orders, help manage and control the overall construction progress, monitor the safety programs, and verify that the completed work is constructed to a quality level consistent with the requirements of the construction documents. **Required Skills & Experience** * 10+ years of experience in Mission Critical construction * Strong Project Management Experience * Advanced MEP understanding / experience in very MEP-intensive construction * Experience using Procore, MS Office, Bluebeam * Construction Management experience managing large scale capital projects * Data Center Construction Management experience working for a general contractor or hyperscale provider **Compensation:** $65/hr to $90/hr. 10 hours of overtime per week at 1.5x OT rate **_Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education._** Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
