We are currently strengthening the team of one of our clients with the following profile: **Microsoft Teams Administrator - remote from Portugal** Join a global Teams service team, covering administration, call quality and Level 3 support. **What you’ll do:** * Deploy changes to Teams policies, configurations and tenant-level settings, and keep the policy landscape clean and governed; * Analyze call and meeting quality (Call Analytics, Call Quality Dashboard, Power BI, Nexthink) and drive service improvements; * Act as Level 3 support for complex incidents, working with L2, Microsoft and Problem Management; * Correlate Teams telemetry with network, VPN and endpoint data to find root causes; * Support automation, documentation and service-quality reporting. **Requirements:** * Experience as a Microsoft Teams Administrator (policies, meetings, calling, app management); * Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (identity, networking, endpoints, service health); * Teams PowerShell and scripting (Microsoft Graph is a plus); * Experience with Teams Call Analytics, Call Quality Dashboard and Power BI for troubleshooting; * Strong analytical skills for complex, cross-service issues; * Structured and security-conscious approach to administration and change management; * Fluent English (C1). **What we have to offer** * Careful onboarding and close support from day one * Continuous feedback aligned with your professional goals * An accessible and collaborative team ready to support each individual’s journey * A close-knit environment where idea sharing and personal development are valued * Access to a network of partnerships offering exclusive discounts on health, wellness, travel, culture, gastronomy, leisure and much more * Social events and initiatives that strengthen team spirit
