**Mission Overview:** Keystone Solutions is seeking an Agentic Transformation Lead for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves working closely with the product owner and tech lead to establish a baseline for team delivery while implementing agentic engineering practices. The project is critical as it aims to replace existing software by a set deadline, and you will play a key role in guiding the team through this transformation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Determine a baseline of current team delivery in collaboration with the product owner and tech lead. * Shape and steer the implementation of agentic engineering within the team, ensuring continuous learning while maintaining delivery. * Inform the steering committee after each sprint about progress, quality, adoption, and cost versus value to support decision-making. * Engage all roles in the change process, including developers, product owner, analyst, tester, and leadership. * Provide a well-founded recommendation after two months on how to extend the working method to subsequent teams. **Requirements:** * At least two projects where you guided software teams towards AI-supported or agentic software development within an ongoing delivery context. * Experience reporting to a steering committee or management about the impact of a change initiative. * Experience in quantifying team results against a baseline. * Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a software architect or in a similar technical leadership role. * Fluent in Dutch. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the port, maritime, or logistics sector. * Practical experience with GitHub Copilot or similar tools for agentic engineering. * Experience in training complete teams across all roles. **Why Join Keystone Solutions:** As a consultant at Keystone Solutions, you will engage in dynamic projects that offer diverse challenges across various client environments.
