We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Analyst to join our team at SII Belgium. The Business Analyst will be responsible for working closely with our clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and then translating those into technical solutions. You would join various teams working in Agile mode for projects in the Energy, Retail, Banking or Telecom sectors. SII is a European digital and engineering services company of 16,000 experts. Mission: * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new projects and initiatives, including PLM-related needs (product data, BOM, change management, document lifecycle) * Work closely with clients and business users (engineering, quality, production, supply chain) to understand their needs and goals * Map existing processes and data flows across PLM, ERP, MES and document management systems * Write functional specifications for PLM configurations, integrations and data processing chains * Support PLM evolutions and data migrations: analyze source and target systems, define the migration strategy and secure data quality * Create detailed project plans and timelines * Identify and mitigate project risks * Support, manage the development of projects and coordinate stakeholders (business, IT and support teams) * Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders * Write user and business guides, design training or information materials, and promote best practices in product and document management * Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the client Qualifications: * Proven experience in a Business or Functional Analyst role, preferably in an environment involving PLM (Windchill is a strong plus), ERP and/or MES systems * Good understanding of PLM concepts: product structure and BOM, change management, versioning and traceability, document lifecycle * Master's degree in Computer science, Engineering or any other relevant field * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) * Experience in UML modeling tools or business process modeling tools * Knowledge of relational databases and being able to write database queries (SQL); experience with ETL tools or scripting is a plus * Strong understanding of the software development life cycle * Experience in an industrial environment (electronics, defense, manufacturing) is a plus * Team player with active listening and comprehension * Fluent in English and French (trilingual is a plus) We offer: * A challenging and varied role in a growing company * Opportunity to work with the latest technologies * Competitive salary and benefits * Opportunity to improve your skills and knowledge through training and education * Warm and open company culture, supported by an international group If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for technology and business, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with SII Belgium.
