**About the Role** Seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Truck Dispatcher to coordinate daily pickup and transfer operations for a fleet of fewer than 10 drivers in Georgetown, TX. This role is responsible for monitoring truck requests, assigning drivers, tracking vehicle locations through GPS, communicating via two-way radios and Microsoft Teams, and maintaining accurate real-time status updates for all deliveries and transfers. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, excel in a fast-paced logistics environment, respond quickly to operational changes, and ensure efficient coordination between drivers and internal teams. Previous dispatching, transportation, logistics, or fleet coordination experience of 1 to 2 years is preferred, with Spanish language skills considered a plus. **What You Will Do** * Review truck request status and assign the driver for pickup and transfer with less than 10 truck drivers * Constant communication with the drivers to check their location, coordinate for next pickup and transfer. * Communicate with 2 ways radios to assign the next pickups, tracking trucks through GPS to locate them, etc. * Update the status of truck drivers on the truck control file such as “Pending”, “On the way”, “Arrive”, “On hold”, “Loaded” and “Unloaded”. * Assign the drivers for the next pickup immediately and update the status accordingly. * Responds immediately on the Teams if any team member asks for the status of pickup * Communicate to the drivers any updates and requests constantly if there’s any update or new request such as combined shipment from different teams, etc. * Received the updated status from the drivers on the radio to update their status. **What You Bring** * Professional communication skills (verbal and writing). * Spanish is a plus. * 1 to 2 years of experience **ZT Systems will not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
