Join our Quality team in Mattighofen and take a key role in shaping and continuously improving quality across our operations. As Quality Manager, you will lead the local Quality Management team and work closely with Production, Engineering and other functions to ensure high quality standards throughout our processes and products. You will be a key contact for our customers on quality-related topics and drive sustainable improvements across the organization. **Your role:** * Lead, develop and support the local Quality Management team * Drive continuous improvement of quality standards, processes and performance across the organization * Act as a key contact for customers on quality-related topics and ensure professional handling of customer complaints * Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions using established quality methods such as 8D * Prepare, coordinate and support customer, product and process audits and ensure effective follow-up of resulting actions * Work closely with Production, Engineering and other functions to identify quality risks and implement sustainable improvements * Monitor relevant quality performance and initiate actions where needed * Promote a strong quality mindset and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement throughout the site **What You Can Expect** * Lead and further develop the Quality Management team * Handle customer complaints and initiate corrective and improvement actions * Support and prepare product, process, and customer audits What We Expect * Several years of professional experience in Quality Management, ideally within a manufacturing environment * Experience in managing customer audits * Practical experience with common quality management tools and methods (e.g., 8D) * A resilient, solution-oriented, and dependable personality * Willingness to travel and participate in continuous professional development **Why join Aptiv** **You grow at Aptiv.** Aptiv's winning culture is global by design.
