The tax and legal experts at KPMG **Studio Associato** provide assistance in all the key tax and corporate law areas, offering innovative, integrated services.In particular, by joining the **Tax Consulting Team** of our Bologna office, you will help support clients in addressing challenges related to key areas of taxation. You will operate in a constantly evolving scenario, where national and international regulations intertwine with market and public opinion expectations on crucial topics such as ethics, transparency, and corporate governance. Specifically you will be tasked with: * Analysing issues concerning domestic direct and indirect taxation and offering ongoing advice to companies; * Expressing opinions on Italian and international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.); * Analysing the taxation of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.); * Tax due diligence; * Tax compliance. You will be involved in **national** and **international projects**, working alongside highly qualified professionals and acquiring top-level skills through interaction with the brightest minds in the field. **Come As You Are - Your Skills And Characteristics** This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have: Education and Qualifications : * A master’s degree in Economics (LM-77 or LM-56) or Law (LMG-01), with a final grade of at least 105/110; * Qualified (or in the process of qualifying) as a Chartered Accountant (Dottore Commercialista) and/or Lawyer (Avvocato).
