Randstad Digital Talent Services, a specialized division of Randstad dedicated to recruiting high-caliber IT and technology professionals, is partnering with a premier IT consulting and system integration firm to hire a CyberArk PAM Specialist / Expert (Middle / Senior).
**Role Overview**
_Working 100% remotely within an enterprise-scale, multicultural environment, the Cyber Security Specialist will join a strategic international program for a Tier-1 German FinTech / Financial Services organization._
This role encompasses the end-to-end technical implementation, configuration, and integration of Privileged Access Management (PAM) architectures. Depending on seniority, the specialist will spearhead privileged account onboarding, architect vaulting mechanisms, integrate complex hybrid infrastructure, and serve as an enterprise privileged security SME.
**Key Responsibilities**
* CyberArk Platform Engineering: Configure, deploy, harden, and manage CyberArk core components (EPV, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSM for SSH, and PTA);
* Privileged Target Onboarding: Lead the onboarding of privileged credentials, service accounts, and administrative access for heterogeneous target platforms (Windows/Linux servers, databases, cloud workloads, network devices);
* Integration & Plugin Customization: Integrate mission-critical systems and applications using CyberArk CPM plugins, connection components (PSM), and REST APIs;
* Architecture & Technical Analysis: Translate corporate security mandates and compliance requirements into actionable CyberArk technical designs and policies;
* Troubleshooting & Operational SME: Resolve complex credential rotation issues, target connectivity failures, and synchronization anomalies;
* Collaboration & Technical Alignment: Work directly with PAM Business Analysts, IAM engineers, infrastructure owners, and global cyber defense units.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
* Hands-on technical experience in CyberArk PAM deployment, configuration, or ongoing management;
* Proven capability in onboarding enterprise infrastructure, databases, and business-critical accounts into CyberArk;
* Solid understanding of PAM concepts: credential vaulting, session recording/isolation, privileged threat analytics, and Least Privilege principles;
* Strong networking and OS foundation (Windows Server, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, network firewalls, and ports);
* **Language: Fluent professional English (C1 level required, written and spoken) for daily standups, architectural discussions, and technical alignment with international stakeholders.**
_For Senior / Expert Profiles:_
* High degree of autonomy in executing complex enterprise CyberArk implementations and integrations;
* Experience designing high-availability PAM architectures, disaster recovery, and custom CPM/PSM plugins;
* Demonstrated ability to guide technical decisions and influence architecture boards.
**Nice-to-Have (Strong Plus):**
* CyberArk Certifications: Defender, Sentry, or Guardian;
* Background in Banking, FinTech, or highly regulated international environments;
* Scripting capabilities (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) and familiarity with CyberArk REST APIs.
**Compensation & Benefits**
* Work Arrangement: 100% Full Remote (maximum organizational flexibility);
* Employment Type: Full-time, permanent contract under CCNL Commercio (13 monthly installments);
* Salary Range (RAL): Commensurate with demonstrated technical depth: Middle Level: €32,000 – €40,000; Senior / Expert Level: €45,000 – up to €55,000 / €60,000;
