And that's where you come in. **About the Role** Your challenge is to help more people discover what we do at wTVision and picture themselves doing it with us. You’ll work with managers and teams across our offices, with the autonomy to shape how we recruit in different markets, showcase our work and help our colleagues take the next step in their careers. **Key Responsibilities** * Support wTVision’s recruitment strategy. Work with hiring managers to anticipate hiring needs, align priorities and selection criteria across offices, and use recruitment results to tailor our approach to each market. * Manage recruitment for technical, creative and operational roles, from direct sourcing and skills assessment through to offer acceptance. Build a network of potential candidates for roles we recruit for regularly. * Raise wTVision’s profile as an employer through initiatives that make us stand out. * Connect schools and universities with the work we do. * Build career pathways within wTVision. Work with managers to clarify the skills people need to progress, make internal opportunities more visible and help colleagues move into new projects, teams or roles. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of professional of experience managing end-to-end recruitment, including direct sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates for specialist roles. * Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. * Ability to work independently, manage priorities and collaborate with different stakeholders. * Fluency in Portuguese and English. **Nice to Have** * Experience recruiting for technology-related positions, particularly software development roles. * Experience with Employer Branding projects, academic partnerships, internship programmes or internal mobility initiatives. * Experience with recruiting for technology, engineering, design or operations roles, ideally across multiple markets. **What We Offer** * 25 days of annual leave. * Hybrid working model. * Flexible working hours, according to operational requirements. * Laptop and mobile phone. * Health insurance and life insurance. * Wellness programme focused on physical and mental well-being. * Access to technical learning platforms and continuous development opportunities. * English and Spanish language training. **Join us** If you're passionate about people, talent attraction and building meaningful connections, and you're looking for an opportunity to make an impact in an international technology environment, we'd love to hear from you.
