**Working As a Data Scientist, You Will** * Develop and implement machine learning algorithms, statistical models and analytical scripts to address specific business challenges. * Design and conduct experiments, including A/B testing, apply cross-validation techniques and perform statistical significance testing to validate findings and assess model performance. * Support the implementation of regulatory frameworks, including the EU AI Act, by contributing to model risk management, monitoring model drift and bias, and preparing comprehensive documentation. * Analyse business and data requirements, identify suitable data sources and design data flows for data collection, transformation and integration. * Coordinate and improve data collection, transformation and integration processes in cooperation with IT teams, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. * Design and implement data validation and data quality checks, including automated processes. * Analyse data and prepare reports, dashboards, visualisations and publications to support data-driven decision-making. * Support the development and maintenance of databases containing integrated and validated data. * Organise and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for data-related processes and tools. * Support data providers and users by developing templates, tools and guidance documentation, as well as assisting with data validation and access-related queries. * Contribute to the assessment and implementation of data governance policies, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements for new and existing data collections. **About Chabre IT Services** Chabre IT Services is a global professional IT services provider, building long-lasting relationships with Enterprises. It places strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making, digital transformation and effective data governance. **Qualifications** * University degree in Computer Science or a related field. * A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in data analysis or data science. * At least 1 year of experience working with data management and visualisation tools in the agricultural sector. * At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, R and Python, particularly in data visualisation, trend and anomaly detection, and database environment comparisons. * At least 2 years of experience using R, Python and SQL, including working with SQL Developer and Excel. * At least 2 years of experience accessing and retrieving data through APIs. * Excellent English skills **We offer** * Rate up to 180,00 PLN/h + VAT * Remote work * Subsidy for peripherals in the amount of 500,00zł * Working tool (MacBook Pro or Lenovo Legion 5) * Co-financing of courses related to the position * Benefits: MultiSport, Medicover
