**Job Title:** Process Engineering Technician III **Job Description:** **The Role:**  * Asist process engineer to execute repetitive experiment or project, which may include assembly line process.  * Ensures that designed experiment on inline process and measurement equipment, and statistical process control procedures, calibration plan are followed.    **In this role you will:**  * Participate yield/production improvement plan actively, support corporate related project or investigation.  * Provide timely response, records and actions for designed experiment.  * Deal with product shipment to partner plant for verification.  * Assist with 6S execution in cleanroom.  * Generate DOE experiment reports.  * Control and manage calibration of measurement tools/test equipment/metrology.  * Implement SPC monitoring and related OCAP/RFC operation.  **Traits we believe make a strong candidate:**  * Bachelor degree with at least 3-5 years of process experience.  * Experiences in blow molding / injection molding / electronics manufacturing / semiconductor manufacturing plants are preferred.  * Functional/Technical/Business Skills -   \- Has the basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 quality system to implement the quality system.  \- Has the basic statistic knowledge and skills to provide related reports.    \- Has the calibration skill or MSA knowledge.  \- Has strong accountability to execute assigned task.  * Communication-   \- Has the team work skill with cross function team to improved operational activities.  \- Need to have the ability to provide related reports and information to stakeholders.   \- Strong verbal and written communication skills.  **Your success will be measured by:**  * Meeting the KPI set by Global Quality – including leading and lagging indicators.   * Embrace PACE values of people and teamwork, accountability, creativity and innovation and dedication to excellence  * Executing consistently and finding ways to add new value  * Taking responsibility for self and team and delivering to commitments.  Focusing on team success and assuming accountability for team results
