Blossom AI Labs is looking for a Multi-Agent Systems Engineer to explore a practical question: how can one task become a coordinated team of agents that produces a useful, verifiable result? You will build systems that break down requests, assign work to suitable agents, coordinate their progress, and bring the results together. You’ll explore what can run in parallel, what depends on earlier work, and when human judgment is needed. What you’ll do • Build and evaluate multi-agent workflows for task decomposition, delegation, and coordination. • Connect agents with models, tools, APIs, and data sources. • Investigate failures and improve the quality, speed, and cost of workflows. What we’re looking for • Strong software engineering skills. • Experience or interest in AI agents, distributed systems, or workflow infrastructure. • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into working software and meaningful tests.
