**Role Description** The Affiliate Manager (part-time, remote) will manage and grow a network of affiliate partners that support the platform’s mission in healthcare and AI literacy. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential affiliates, onboarding new partners, and maintaining strong relationships with existing affiliates and key accounts. The role involves coordinating campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing affiliate activities to increase reach, engagement, and conversions. The Affiliate Manager will collaborate with sales and online marketing stakeholders to align affiliate initiatives with broader promotional strategies and messaging. Regular reporting, clear communication with partners, and continuous refinement of affiliate programs are essential aspects of this role. **Qualifications** * Candidates should possess strong Affiliate Management skills, including partner recruitment, onboarding, and performance optimization. * Candidates should possess Account Management and Communication skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term partner relationships. * Candidates should possess Sales skills to negotiate terms, secure new partnerships, and support revenue-focused initiatives. * Candidates should possess Online Marketing skills to coordinate campaigns, analyze results, and align affiliate activities with digital strategies. * Candidates should have strong analytical abilities, including comfort with data tracking tools and performance reporting. * Candidates should be highly organized, able to manage multiple affiliates and campaigns in a remote, part-time environment. * Candidates should demonstrate interest or experience in healthcare, technology, or AI literacy; prior work with mission-driven organizations is beneficial. * Candidates should ideally hold a relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
