We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator / Network Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize the organization's network infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure network availability, security, and performance while supporting business operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing network improvements. Key Responsibilities * Design, configure, install, and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, routers, switches, and firewalls. * Monitor network performance, availability, and security to ensure reliable connectivity. * Perform network troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and incident resolution. * Manage network configurations, upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance. * Implement and maintain network security policies, access controls, and security measures. * Manage VPNs, VLANs, routing, switching, and network protocols. * Conduct network performance assessments and implement optimization initiatives. * Maintain network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures. * Support network infrastructure projects, system integration, and technology upgrades. * Coordinate with IT teams, service providers, and vendors to resolve network issues. * Provide technical support and guidance to users and internal IT teams. * Ensure network backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity arrangements. * For senior-level positions, lead network projects, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical direction. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field. * Relevant experience in network administration, network engineering, or IT infrastructure. * Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, routing, and switching. * Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and network monitoring tools. * Familiarity with network security, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management. * Experience with vendors and technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or equivalent is preferred. * Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are advantageous. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Good communication, teamwork, and time management abilities. * Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical priorities. * Excellent written and spoken English. *
