**Company Description** Sandwitch panel Manufacturer **Role Description** The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in the United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities, build and manage a portfolio of clients, and drive revenue growth in the UAE and surrounding markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company policies. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams such as operations, finance, and logistics to ensure accurate order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will monitor market trends, prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, and contribute to strategic planning to help shape ISOTHERM’s regional sales strategy. **Qualifications** * Strong sales, account management, and business development skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Solid client relationship management and negotiation abilities, including experience conducting professional presentations and closing deals. * Experience in market analysis, sales forecasting, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders. * Relevant industry experience (e.g., industrial, engineering, building materials, or similar sectors) in the UAE or GCC region is highly beneficial. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and projects. * Proficiency in standard business software tools (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with CRM systems. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * Fluency in English; additional language skills commonly used in the region (such as Arabic) are an advantage. * Contact : 0555535745 (Whtsup)
