This is a hands-on role: you organize, negotiate, unblock and deliver. If you have a production background, this role is for you. You already know how to run processes, manage vendors, keep budgets under control and meet tight deadlines. **What You Will Do** * Own the team’s day-to-day operations: requests, scheduling, logistics, tools and access. * Find and manage vendors, contractors and freelancers, and negotiate terms. * Support the logistics of occasional events and shoots. * Turn chaos into simple, repeatable processes. **Who We’re Looking For** * Proactive, high-energy and sharp: you don’t wait to be told. * Strong ownership: once a process is yours, it gets done. * Great communicator and negotiator who can find common ground with anyone. * Experience in operations, production, events, or project management. * English at B2 or higher. **THE DEAL** * Competitive salary in USD. * On-site role in Almaty office. * Full-time position.
