**Marketing & Communications Assistant** **Leeds | Full-Time Availability | No Experience Required** _(Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Organised, ambitious and fancy learning how successful campaigns come together?** At **Leeds Events**, we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to get involved in our live sales and marketing campaigns across Leeds and the surrounding areas. This is a hands-on opportunity where you'll learn how promotional campaigns operate, from engaging customers and representing brands to supporting daily activities and working towards team goals. You'll start with practical experience in face-to-face sales and customer engagement at shopping centres, events and promotional locations, with opportunities to develop additional campaign and leadership skills as you progress. What You'll Be Doing * Representing brands at live events and promotional locations. * Speaking with customers and supporting sales campaigns. * Helping the team achieve daily campaign objectives. * Learning how campaigns are organised and delivered. * Developing communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills. * Building experience towards campaign coordination and team leadership. Who We're Looking For Previous experience isn't essential. We're more interested in your attitude and willingness to learn. You'll be a good fit if you: * Enjoy meeting people and working in a team. * Are positive, reliable and willing to get stuck in. * Have good communication and organisational skills. * Enjoy a challenge and working towards goals. * Have an interest in business, events or leadership development.
