We are looking for a Humanities Teacher for an international school in Shanghai. This position is available from the upcoming 2027/28 academic year in August 2027. Job details * Teach the subjects of Individual and Societies (Humanities) to students in secondary education utilizing the MYP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience * Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments * Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum * Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve * Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers * Develop supportive and safe learning environments **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or higher preferably in Education or related * At least 2 years teaching experience * Understanding of the MYP curriculum framework and assessment criteria **Benefits** Salary and benefits * Monthly salary of 25,000 to 35,000 RMB commensurate with qualifications and experience * Monthly housing allowance of 6,000 RMB * Full medical insurance * Annual flight allowance * Summer and winter holidays * Public holidays
