We work closely with clients throughout the entire building process - from initial design through the end of construction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a dedication to sustainability, and the ability to find joy in the process. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture * 5-10 years of experience working in an architecture office * Experience putting together construction documents and full design sets * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup * Able to work independently * Strong communication skills, able to work well with clients, builders, contractors, and coworkers * Passion for design and sustainability **Responsibilities** * Participate in all project phases, with a primary focus on design development, construction documents, and construction administration * Develop and update construction documents * Develop documentation for building and energy codes requirements * Coordinate work with consultants, contractors, builders, and other vendors * Create and revise design modeling for client presentations * Problem-solve technical and design issues Salary will be commensurate with experience and licensure status.
