**Role Description** This is a part-time remote role for an Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist. The specialist will configure, maintain, and optimize ERP software to support inventory management, purchasing, sales, and financial processes. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing existing business processes, translating operational needs into system requirements, and implementing improvements within the ERP environment. The role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, managing data integrity, and preparing reports for management decision-making. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide user training and documentation, and ensure that ERP usage aligns with regulatory and internal compliance standards. **Qualifications** * Candidates should possess skills in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP Software, including configuration, optimization, and user support. * Candidates should possess skills in Business Process and Business Process Improvement to analyze workflows and implement operational enhancements. * Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend process or system changes. * Experience with ERP solutions used in pharmaceuticals, retail, or healthcare environments is beneficial. * Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time hours effectively, and collaborate across dispersed teams. * Strong communication skills and attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and compliance. * Relevant education in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * Familiarity with inventory control, purchasing, and basic finance processes is an advantage.
