**Role Description** The Organizational Development Specialist at Farma Latini will design and implement initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, team performance, and workplace culture. In this part-time remote role, the specialist will assess current processes, collect and analyze data, and recommend improvements to structures, systems, and workflows. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with leadership to define development priorities, creating and updating performance management tools, and supporting change management efforts through clear communication and training materials. The specialist will also monitor the impact of organizational development initiatives, prepare concise reports, and provide guidance to stakeholders to ensure sustainable improvements. This role requires independent work as well as virtual collaboration with cross-functional teams. **Qualifications** * Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations. * Candidates should possess Organizational Development and Organizational Effectiveness skills to design, implement, and evaluate development programs and structural improvements. * Candidates should possess Performance Management skills to support goal setting, feedback processes, and evaluation frameworks. * Candidates should possess Communication skills to convey complex information clearly, facilitate remote discussions, and prepare concise documentation. * Candidates should ideally have experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and remote collaboration tools. * Candidates should have the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a part-time schedule, and maintain confidentiality. * A bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications are a plus. * Previous experience in organizational development, HR, or consulting within a corporate or healthcare-related environment is beneficial.
