A well-established and highly credible Singapore-headquartered consumer group is seeking a Corporate Communications & Media Relations Lead to reinforce its brand reputation and media presence. Joining at a time of brand renewal, as the group invests in a professionally led communications and marketing function, you will work closely with the CMO and business owners to build a more proactive media profile and elevate the organisation’s voice across lifestyle and mainstream platforms. This is a regional portfolio within a lean and locally grounded team, with leaders who are accessible and very open to new ideas. **Responsibilities** At the heart of the role is shaping how the organisation tells its story. You will lead media relations and communications strategy and initiatives, identifying opportunities to position leadership through features and speaking platforms, and crafting compelling narratives alongside internal stakeholders. You will lead the communications calendar, support PR around key initiatives and events, and build the necessary relationships, reinforcing its brand positioning. The role spans strategy and hands-on delivery in equal measure, and while it carries some regional scope, its focus sits firmly in Singapore (and its working hours). **Requirements** You bring over 12 years of experience across communications and media. Equally, we welcome highly capable individual contributors who pair excellent writing and strong media relations with strategic communications thinking, and lead through influence rather than title. You are as comfortable setting direction as you are rolling up your sleeves, value collaboration and consensus, bringing the patience to build momentum behind new ideas.
