Key Responsibilities: * Understand and document existing WebVTS supplier workflows, including orders, confirmations, invoicing, reporting, and CDC operations. * Gather requirements from business stakeholders, suppliers, and technical teams. * Define MVP scope, priorities, and product requirements. * Design requirements for Container ASN and FSMA food traceability workflows. * Create Jira epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. * Manage product backlog, dependencies, and priorities. * Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, architecture, and business teams. * Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement. * Track prototype progress and prepare for the January 2027 evaluation. * Compare the prototype with the existing SaaS platform based on functionality, usability, feasibility, and cost. Required Skills: * 4+ years of Product Management or Business Analysis experience. * Strong requirements gathering and documentation. * Jira, Agile/Scrum, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. * Product discovery, workflow mapping, and MVP planning. * Strong communication and prioritization skills. Preferred Experience: * Retail and supply chain management. * Supplier/vendor portals. * Order management and invoicing. * Shipment processing and Advance Shipping Notices (ASN). * FSMA food safety and traceability requirements. * Supplier onboarding and prototype development.
