Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Finance Systems Engineer to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $115,000 to $170,000 per year **Job Responsibilities** * Gather business requirements and translate operational and financial needs into scalable system solutions and process improvements. * Configure and maintain ERP applications that support accounting, procurement, reporting, and other core business functions. * Develop reports, dashboards, integrations, and data solutions to improve visibility, automation, and decision making. * Support system implementations, upgrades, testing activities, data conversions, and issue resolution efforts. * Partner with finance, technology, and operational teams to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and strengthen system performance. **Requirements** * A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. * Must have 3+ years of experience supporting, implementing, or optimizing ERP platforms and financial systems. * Strong understanding of accounting processes, financial reporting requirements, and period-end close activities. * Previous experience with data analysis, reporting tools, SQL, system integrations, and enterprise software solutions. * Knowledge of testing methodologies, change management processes, and system implementation best practices. **Qualifications** * Prior experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar enterprise systems. * Familiarity with audit requirements, internal controls, compliance frameworks, and segregation of duties concepts. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex system and process issues. * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with the capability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Detail-oriented professional with experience driving automation, business process improvements, and technology transformation initiatives.
