Our client is seeking a results-oriented D_**igital Product Manager**_ to lead the strategy, development, and ongoing optimization of their e-commerce and digital experiences. This tole will partner with cross-functional teams and developers to deliver seamless customer experiences, drvie digital growth, and manage key product initiatives from concept to launch.  _**This will be a fully remote, contract role, about 20-30 hours/week for atleast 2 months.** _**RESPONSIBILITIES** **\-** Own and optimize the Shopify ecosystem, including site functionality, integrations, and enchancements.  \- Manage the customer portal roadmap and subscription experience.  \- Gather requirements, prioritize, features, and oversee the product backlog.  \- Lead website feature releases, QA testing, troubleshooting, and launch execution.  \- Coordinate website update and new product launches with marekting, creative, operations, and development teams.  \- Monitor website performance, accessibility, and compliance standards. \- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-impact digital solutions. \- Anaylze customer behavior and site performance to identify optimization opportunities.  \- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures. **REQUIREMENTS** \- 3+ years of experience in digital product management, eCommerce, or website management. \- Strong knowledge of Shopify and the eCommerce technology ecosystem.  \- Experience managing subscription based customer experiences and portals. \- Proven ability to lead web projects from planning through launch. \- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management skills. \- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. \- Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders. \- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field. \- Experience with SEO, website optimization, and digital customer experience best practices is a plus.
