**About The Role** The role drives cross-functional execution for software product teams, coordinating engineering, design, and business stakeholders from kickoff through launch. This team ships products on tight timelines, and the Project Manager owns the plans, dependencies, and communication that make that possible. The position matters because velocity without coordination is chaos: this role turns roadmaps into schedules, surfaces risks before they become blockers, and gives leadership a clear, honest picture of progress across concurrent workstreams. **Key Responsibilities** * Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and sprint schedules in Jira and Confluence, keeping them accurate as scope evolves * Run sprint ceremonies, cross-functional standups, and steering reviews with clear agendas, decisions, and documented action items * Identify, track, and escalate dependencies and risks across engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams * Define and report on delivery metrics — cycle time, scope changes, milestone slippage — to engineering and product leadership * Coordinate launch readiness: release plans, QA signoffs, comms, and rollout checklists across teams * Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple concurrent workstreams * Continuously improve delivery processes, retrospectives, and team rituals to raise execution quality **What We Are Looking For** * 4-7 years of project or program management experience delivering software products or technical initiatives * Hands-on fluency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum practices; comfortable managing multi-team backlogs * Strong stakeholder management: able to align engineers, designers, and executives under shifting priorities * Analytical mindset — comfortable building status dashboards and metrics in SQL, Looker, or advanced spreadsheets * Proven track record of shipping complex, cross-functional projects on schedule * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience * Bonus: PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification; experience with OKR planning frameworks or prior work in a high-growth startup environment
