**About The Role**
The role drives execution across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams, turning roadmaps and initiatives into shipped work on predictable timelines.
This is a hands-on delivery role: defining scope, managing dependencies, unblocking teams, and giving leadership clear visibility into status, risk, and tradeoffs on projects that directly affect revenue and product velocity.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Own project plans end-to-end for software delivery initiatives, including scope, milestones, resource allocation, and launch criteria
* Run sprint planning, standups, and retros; maintain backlogs and burndowns in Jira and keep ceremonies productive and short
* Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, escalating risks early with proposed mitigations rather than problems alone
* Build and maintain status dashboards and executive reporting using Jira, Confluence, and tools like Airtable or Looker
* Coordinate product launches across engineering, QA, marketing, and customer success, including release readiness checklists and go/no-go decisions
* Document processes, decisions, and postmortems so knowledge survives team changes
* Continuously improve delivery practices, introducing lightweight process changes with measurable impact on cycle time or predictability
**What We Are Looking For**
* 4-7 years of project or program management experience, including 2+ years managing software delivery projects
* Deep fluency with agile ceremonies and tooling (Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar)
* Track record of shipping multi-team projects on schedule with clear documentation of tradeoffs and outcomes
* Strong written communication: can distill ambiguous technical work into crisp status updates for executives
* Comfortable working with engineers on technical topics such as APIs, infrastructure migrations, and release processes
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience; PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification a plus
* Bonus: experience in a scaling startup, technical background (CS degree or engineering experience), or familiarity with data/BI tooling (SQL, Looker, Tableau)
