Have you designed global accounting operating models and driven automation in **Record-to-Report**? On a finance transformation program for a Swiss client, an established Polish team is adding a **Process Accounting Lead** to standardize global accounting operations, support the setup of a **BPO** and **Center of Excellence** model and automate bank interface and fixed-asset processes. Required is solid experience with global process accounting models, **RTR** standardization and automation in finance, plus fluent English and Polish. **🚀 Project** * design and stabilization of a global process accounting operating model * setup of a BPO model and Finance Center of Excellence (CoE) * Record-to-Report (RTR) process standardization * optimization of bank interface operations and financial controls * automation of fixed-asset request workflows * identification of further automation opportunities across RTR * collaboration with global finance teams, BPO providers and IT * process performance monitoring and continuous improvement **🎯 Skills** * designing, implementing or managing global process accounting models * implementing or establishing BPO / CoE operating models in finance * Record-to-Report (RTR) standardization and global finance operations * automation initiatives in accounting and finance * workflow solutions – requests, approvals and processing * bank interface operations, reconciliations and financial controls * complex finance transformation initiatives * English C1, Polish C1 **💡 Nice to have** * SAP FI and related financial accounting systems * Finance GBS or Shared Services * workflow automation and case-management solutions * internal control frameworks incl.
