This position oversees regional engineering strategy, sets technical direction, and ensures alignment with product and business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding engineering managers and team leads, prioritizing projects, reviewing technical plans, and removing obstacles to delivery. The role collaborates closely with product, operations, and senior leadership to define roadmaps, improve processes, and drive high-quality software and product outcomes. The Regional Engineering Vice President also focuses on talent development, performance management, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing engineering culture. **Qualifications** * Strong Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills, with experience overseeing multiple engineering teams or regions. * Proficiency in Software Development, with the ability to evaluate technical solutions and guide architectural decisions. * Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including prioritization, resource planning, and delivery oversight. * Experience in Product Development, collaborating with product leaders to align engineering work with business goals. * Proven track record in scaling engineering organizations in a technology-driven or AI-focused environment. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional setting. * Commitment to building inclusive, diverse, and high-performing teams and nurturing talent through mentoring and coaching. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is beneficial.
