Team members collaborate across functions to support growth, operational efficiency, and high standards of product quality and service. **Role Description** The VP of Engineering is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the engineering organization and driving the technical vision that supports UNDIVIDED COSMETICS’ business goals. Day-to-day, this role oversees engineering teams, sets priorities, and ensures timely delivery of software and product initiatives that enable wholesale operations, logistics, and partner experience. The VP of Engineering collaborates closely with product, operations, and leadership to define technical roadmaps, manage cross-functional projects, and balance innovation with reliability and scalability. This role includes establishing best practices in software development, optimizing engineering processes, managing budgets and resources, mentoring engineering leaders, and ensuring alignment between technology strategies and company objectives. **Qualifications** * Candidates should possess strong Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills to build, mentor, and guide high-performing engineering teams. * Candidates should possess solid Software Development experience and technical depth to make informed architectural and technology decisions. * Candidates should possess proven Project Management skills to oversee complex initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders. * Candidates should possess Product Development experience to collaborate with product and business teams in defining and delivering technology solutions. * Extensive experience in senior engineering or technology leadership roles, ideally in SaaS, e-commerce, or wholesale/distribution environments. * Demonstrated ability to design scalable systems, integrate third-party platforms, and improve performance, reliability, and security. * Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, international setting. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
