Requirements – Planning Engineer / Senior Planning Engineer * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; UPDA certification preferred. * Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project planning, preferably with a main contractor. * At least 8 years of experience in planning and programming high-quality construction projects. * Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Primavera Contract Management. * Experience in developing project schedules, baseline programmes, progress monitoring and cost control systems. * Ability to monitor project progress, identify delays and implement recovery plans. * Experience in supplier programme monitoring, claims analysis and project reporting. * Strong knowledge of project controls, work breakdown structures and stakeholder coordination. * PSP certification and MBA are advantageous. * Chartered Engineer / PE certification preferred.
