**Head of Finance – Interim Contract (3 Months)** **Location: Bromley, Kent** **Contract: Initial 3 months, with potential to extend** **Start: ASAP** We are working with an established, £20m turnover SME based in Bromley, Kent, to recruit an experienced **Interim Head of Finance** for an initial 3-month contract. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a commercially focused finance professional who can quickly take ownership of the finance function, ensure robust financial controls and provide meaningful financial insight to the senior management team. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. * Manage monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow. * Provide commercial and financial support to the Managing Director and senior leadership team. * Review and strengthen existing financial processes, systems and controls. * Manage and support the finance team, ensuring business continuity. * Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency. **The Ideal Candidate** * ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified. * Proven experience as a Head of Finance, Financial Controller or Finance Director within an SME environment. * Comfortable operating in a hands-on, fast-paced business. * Strong commercial acumen with excellent reporting and cash flow management skills. * Able to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. * Available immediately or at short notice. **This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to make a tangible impact within an established £20m business.**
