Working with the Head Office and Operational teams you will be pivotal in helping drive the growth and profitability of the business. What will this role Head of Finance involve? * Owning group accounting processes end to end. * Financial planning and analysis * Cashflow and treasury management * Overseeing the outsourced finance function * Compliance and risk management * Team leadership and development * Commercial and operational support * Systems, data and performance optimisation What skills/qualities will you need for this role? * A qualified accountant with experience gained at a senior level within the hospitality industry * Strong Analytical skills, knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles and best practice * A track record of managing financial operations and driving financial performance * A positive mindset with excellent communication skills. * Excellent time management and problem solving abilities. * Focused on outcomes and being a team player.
