Real Estate Finance Lawyer | London High-quality transactions. A close-knit in-house team. A role with work-life balance in mind. An international banking group is looking for a Real Estate Finance lawyer to join its London Transactions legal team, supporting Corporate & Institutional Banking on a busy pipeline of lending matters. You'll take ownership of transactions, including trophy-asset and occasional hotel financings, drafting and negotiating documentation, term sheets and deal structures. The work is predominantly standard-form, with some exposure to LMA documentation. We're looking for: • Ideally 6-8 PQE, with flexibility for the right person • A strong banking and finance background with meaningful Real Estate Finance experience • General lending lawyers with good REF exposure are also welcome • A calm, pragmatic approach and confidence managing multiple transactions and senior stakeholders Previous in-house experience isn't required. The opportunity offers: • Competitive salary and eligibility for bonus • Two days a week in the London office, with some additional time helpful during onboarding • A supportive team, with evening work reported to be uncommon • A 15-month direct fixed-term contract • 2 days a week in the London office Interested in bringing your banking/REF experience in-house?
