We combine a trader-first approach with modern technology to create a reliable, transparent, and engaging experience for our growing community. **About the Role** ------------------ We’re looking for a creative, video-savvy Social Media Specialist to bring our Boca office to life on social. You’ll create fun, high-energy videos that show the people, personality, and everyday moments behind Tradeify, from behind-the-scenes clips and team spotlights to trend-driven skits and office challenges. This is a great first role for someone who already thinks in Reels and TikToks and wants to turn that instinct into a career. **What You’ll Do** ------------------ * Plan, film, and edit creative, entertaining short-form videos showcasing our office environment and team culture * Come up with fresh video concepts, trends, and formats that fit our brand voice, and pitch them to the team * Capture photo and video content at the office and company events * Schedule and publish content across our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and others) * Monitor comments and DMs and engage with our community * Track basic performance metrics and share what’s resonating * Stay on top of platform trends, sounds, and viral formats **What We’re Looking For** -------------------------- * A strong creative eye and a real sense of what makes short-form video work * Hands-on video skills: filming on a phone or camera and editing in CapCut, Premiere, or similar * Comfort working with and around coworkers to get great footage (and a sense of humor) * Strong written communication and attention to detail * Reliable, organized, and open to feedback * Able to work on-site at our Boca Raton office for scheduled part-time hours **Nice to Have** ---------------- * A portfolio or sample reel of videos you’ve created, whether personal, school, freelance, or for a small business * An established personal following or content-creator presence * Prior social media experience, including internships or managing pages for clubs or small businesses * Experience with a scheduling or analytics tool (Buffer, Later, or native analytics) * Interest in finance, trading, or fintech **What We Offer** ----------------- * Part-time schedule * Creative freedom and a direct line to leadership, who care about the content you’ll make * Mentorship and hands-on experience in a growing marketing team * A collaborative, on-site office culture in Boca Raton
